Official Court Contacts

Mackinac County Court Docket is a private reference resource, not a government office. Official questions about a case history, public filing, certified copy, payment, or hearing setting must go to the clerk for the court that holds the matter. The courthouse offices below are the documented local routes for Circuit, District, and Probate records.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This private resource cannot retrieve a case file, set or change a hearing, issue a certified copy, remove a record, or give legal advice. The appropriate court clerk handles those requests.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Start with the court division. The County Clerk / Circuit Court Clerk handles 11th Circuit Court history. The 92nd District Court handles District traffic, civil-infractions, misdemeanor, small-claims, and preliminary felony questions. Probate staff handle probate routes. MiCOURT provides a public index, but the clerk controls the official record and can explain a public inspection or copy request.
